Play & Park Structures Joins the PlayCore Family

PlayCore, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Play & Park Structures, a manufacturer of commercial play structures. Play & Park Structures joins the PlayCore family of companies, the global leader in Moving Play Forward. The acquisition leverages PlayCore’s strong leadership and foothold in the U.S. commercial playground market. 

PlayCore, Inc., headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, will serve as the corporate headquarters for the company. Play & Park Structures currently operates from facilities in Coral Gables, FL and is marketed through a nationwide sales support system of independent sales representatives.
